Every Smile Starts With A Complimentary Consultation!

We want to hear your goals, concerns, and dreams about a new smile! Think of this more as a conversation about your smile. Dr. Emerson will use the information gathered at this visit to visit with you about not only the plan for moving your teeth but also what product would best serve your case and your lifestyle.

At this visit, Dr. Emerson and his team will complete the following:

Review your dental and medical history forms
Take a complete set of records, including X-rays, photos, and a smile scan to determine what treatment is necessary
Discuss your goals and create a customized treatment plan
Discuss all financial information, insurance options, and payment plans.
Start the Process!

If Dr. Emerson recommends starting treatment, we will have time set aside that day so you can conveniently begin the process. If Dr. Emerson recommends waiting for treatment, we will enroll your child in our observation program to keep an eye on their teeth until it is just the right time for treatment.

We also have a great “Kids Club” program that your younger children can join. Kids Club members get prizes and is a fun way for kids to visit the orthodontist and become comfortable in a dental setting.

Regular Appointments

The appointment when you get your braces usually takes about an hour and a half. Your regular treatment visits will generally be every 6 to 8 weeks. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We want to keep your teeth moving, so only cancel if it is an emergency.

At Emerson Orthodontics, you will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We offer financial packages that will suit anyone’s needs.

Whether you take advantage of our discounted “pay-in-full” plan, work through our office with the “No Down Payment” plan from CareCredit, or use Emerson Orthodontics’ complimentary “ALWAYS INTEREST FREE” option, we will create a plan that fits you. We are preferred providers on many insurance plans and will file the necessary papers to the insurance company.
